Terms of service

These terms are the deal between you and Momentum Media Solutions LLC, doing business as GetBucked(“we”, “us”), for using this website and app. Using the service means you agree to them. If a term here surprises you, the FAQ and the privacy policy say the same things in more words.

You upload trail-camera photos; the service filters the likely-empty frames into a review pile, sorts species, and keeps per-buck pages you build and name. Some surfaces are free; the library is a paid subscription once your free first-card sort is used.

You can sign in with a password, with a link we email you, or with your Google account — whichever you choose, keeping that method secure is your responsibility, and you are responsible for what happens under your account. Because every door reaches the same account, someone who controls your email or your Google account can generally reach it too. One account may be shared within a household, lease, or club as the plan describes; reselling access is not allowed.

You keep all rights to what you upload. You give us only the permission needed to run the service: to store, process, and display your photos to you. We never publish them, and we never use them to train models without your explicit opt-in. Only upload what you have the right to upload.

Antler scores and age estimates are produced as ranges with a stated confidence, from photos. They are estimates, not measurements: photo angle, distance, and lighting all move the answer, which is why we never give a single number. Decisions you make in the field are yours.

Paid plans bill in advance, annually or monthly, and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time in the app — no email, no phone call — and you keep access through the period you already paid for. Refunds work as the refunds & cancellation policy says. If a price changes, it changes at your next renewal and you hear about it first.

Do not abuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempting to access other people’s libraries, no scraping, no reselling, no using the free surfaces as someone else’s API. We can suspend accounts that do, and will say why.

You can export your library and delete your account at any time. If we ever have to close your account for abuse, you still get your photos out first unless the law says otherwise.

We work to keep the service accurate and available, and the sorter’s mistakes are designed to be recoverable (nothing deletes without you). Still: the service is provided as is, without warranties, and our total liability to you is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability the law says cannot be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute is heard in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin. If you are a consumer somewhere that gives you rights you cannot waive, this clause does not take them away.
