The agreement
These terms are the deal between you and Momentum Media Solutions LLC, doing business as GetBucked (a working name) (“we”, “us”), for using this website and app. Using the service means you agree to them. If a term here surprises you, the FAQ and the privacy policy say the same things in more words.
What the service is
You upload trail-camera photos; the service filters the likely-empty frames into a review pile, sorts species, and keeps per-buck pages you build and name. Some surfaces are free; the library is a paid subscription once your free first-card sort is used.
How old you have to be
You must be 18 or older to create an account. The service is built for adults who buy their own subscription, and it is not directed at children. Younger hunters are welcome to use a parent’s or guardian’s account with them. If you believe a child has created an account or that we hold a child’s information, email us and we will delete it.
Your account
You can sign in with a password, with a link we email you, or with your Google account — whichever you choose, keeping that method secure is your responsibility, and you are responsible for what happens under your account. Because every door reaches the same account, someone who controls your email or your Google account can generally reach it too. One account may be shared within a household, lease, or club as the plan describes; reselling access is not allowed.
Your photos stay yours
You keep all rights to what you upload. You give us only the permission needed to run the service: to store, process, and display your photos to you. We never publish them, and we never use them to train models without your explicit opt-in. Only upload what you have the right to upload.
If someone else's photo ends up here
Every public card carries a Report link, and that is the fastest way to reach us about content you own. You can also email support@getbucked.app with the address of the page, a description of the work, and a statement that you are the rights-holder or authorised to act for them. We review reports by hand and remove infringing content promptly; the person who posted it is told what came down and may respond. Accounts that repeatedly post other people’s work are closed.
Scores and ages are honest estimates
Antler scores and age estimates are produced as ranges with a stated confidence, from photos. They are estimates, not measurements: photo angle, distance, and lighting all move the answer, which is why we never give a single number. Decisions you make in the field are yours.
This is a beta
GetBucked is in beta. Features will change, some will break, and a few will be withdrawn — that is what the beta price is for, and telling us what broke is the part we actually want. Your photos are not a beta: they are backed up, deletion is real, and nothing is removed unless you ask. Beta pricing sticks for as long as you keep the plan — it does not jump at renewal.
Plans, renewal, and cancellation
Paid plans bill in advance, annually or monthly, and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time in the app — no email, no phone call — and you keep access through the period you already paid for. Refunds work as the refunds & cancellation policy says. If a price changes, it changes at your next renewal and you hear about it first.
Fair use
Do not abuse the service: no unlawful content or unlawful purpose, no attempting to access other people’s libraries, no scraping, no reselling, no using the free surfaces as someone else’s API, no creating accounts by automated means, no stacking free trials, and no reverse-engineering the service. We can suspend accounts that do, and will say why.
Photos of people. Trail cameras photograph people sometimes — a neighbour, a walker, someone who should not be there. Those people did not agree to any of this. Do not upload a photo of an identifiable person for the purpose of publishing, identifying or shaming them, and never put one on a share card. If you need to hand a photo to a landowner or to law enforcement, do that directly rather than through a public link.
We do not pre-screen. Nobody reviews your photos before they are stored — sorting is automatic, and no person reads your library. Not to check something for you, not to help. If you ask us for support we may look at your account details; your photos are not part of that. When someone reports a share card, what we open is the card at its public address — the same page a stranger can already load — never the library behind it.
What we will not pretend. That is a rule we hold ourselves to, not a wall you should assume is unbreakable. GetBucked is run by one person, and running it means being able to reach the systems your photos sit in. Nobody is stopped by magic here — they are stopped by a rule, by the fact that the operator tools show counts rather than pictures, and by our willingness to say so out loud. The privacy policy says exactly what that means and what we do about it.
Because we do not pre-screen, we cannot promise nobody ever uploads something unlawful. What we promise is that we act when we are told: content that breaks these terms comes down, and accounts that keep breaking them are closed.
Leaving, and being asked to leave
You can export your library and delete your account at any time. If we ever have to close your account for abuse, you still get your photos out first unless the law says otherwise.
The service is provided as-is
We work to keep the service accurate and available, and the sorter’s mistakes are designed to be recoverable (nothing deletes without you). Still: the service is provided as is, without warranties, and our total liability to you is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability the law says cannot be limited.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute is heard in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin. If you are a consumer somewhere that gives you rights you cannot waive, this clause does not take them away.
