Refunds & cancellation

Cancel any time, in the app, in a couple of taps — no email required, no retention call. Your plan stays active through the period you already paid for and simply does not renew. Cancelling never deletes your photos: you can export everything before, during, or after.

If the product is not for you, tell us within 7 days of your first annual charge and we refund it in full, no questions that matter. After 7 days, an annual plan runs to the end of its year rather than refunding pro-rata — annual pricing is cheaper precisely because it is a season-long commitment.

Monthly charges are not refunded — cancel and the current month is simply your last. If something billed when it should not have (a double charge, a charge after you cancelled), that is our mistake and we refund it, full stop.

Email support@getbucked.app from your account address with the word “refund” anywhere in it. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.

Until paid plans launch, everything usable is free and this page is simply the policy that will apply when they do.
