Which camera brands work?+
All of them. Photos come in off the SD card or from any brand's app export — Spypoint, Tactacam, Moultrie, Browning, Reconyx, whatever is strapped to your trees. The sorter doesn't care who made the camera.
Can it delete something I wanted to keep?+
No. Nothing is ever deleted automatically. Photos that look empty go to a review pile where you glance and decide — the trash can only opens from your side.
Do you see where I hunt?+
No. GPS is stripped from every photo at upload, we never ask for camera locations, and nothing public ever carries location data. Your spots are not our business.
What does it cost?+
Sort your first card free — 1,000 photos and 3 cameras. Plans start at $79 a year after that; the pricing page has the whole picture.
What happens to my photos if I stop paying?+
They're yours. You can export your whole library any time, and cancelling a paid plan never deletes anything. A free trial that runs out is the one exception: everything stays put for another 14 days so you can export or pick a plan, and only then is the account removed.
Plans and billing
What happens when the free sort runs out?+
Your photos stay yours and stay put. You can look at everything you sorted, export it, or pick a plan to keep uploading. Nothing is deleted and nothing is held hostage.
What if I hit my plan's photo limit mid-season?+
The next upload is turned away and everything already in your library stays exactly where it is — nothing is deleted, locked, or downgraded. Clearing empties frees room straight away, because cleared frames stop counting. If you still need more, moving up a plan is pro-rated.
Can I cancel?+
Any time, from your account page. A cancelled plan runs to the end of what you paid for and never deletes anything.
Do you refund?+
The refunds page has the whole policy. The short version: a plan bought by mistake is refunded; a season of use is not.
